My mother is a gifted knitter, among her many other talents (talents I appear to be lacking). Her latest creation I have dubbed the Gumnut jumper, in honor of Snugglepot and Cuddlepie, the Australian gumnut babies I grew up with. Aunty Alissa was visiting so we took a little sojourn to the grassy meadow near our house to enjoy the late winter sunshine
